Why I built this

Hi, I'm Brendon.

I've spent years coaching people through body transformations, and the framework is honestly simple. The problem is I can only work with so many people, and not everyone can afford hundreds of dollars a month for 1:1 coaching.

So I built Living Lean to put the same framework in front of way more people. The same logic, the same check-in process, the same adjustments I make with my private clients. Just delivered through an app at a price that makes sense.
